It was a welcome surprise to see Ahmed Best return to Star Wars in Star Wars: The Mandalorian season 3. In that season Best played Jedi Master Kelleran Beq, who rescued baby Grogu from the clutches of the clones during the raid on the Jedi temple.
Now, thanks to an Instagram post from Best, it seems he is returning to Star Wars! Best made the post on Tuesday night and it features the caption, “Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in.”
He is obviously doing some motion capture for a game, but what game and what character is he playing? The hashtags used in his post indicate he could be playing anything really. He has Jar Jar Binks in there as well as Jedi, his Jedi name Kelleran Beq and Sith Lord. Now this could all possibly be a way to reach as many people as he can by using tags that are attributed to him… Bust Sith Lord?
Honestly he could be playing multiple characters in this game, but the real question is what game? I don’t think we have heard that Activision had a Star Wars title in development. It will be interesting to see where this leads.
