Wonderworld Comics is proud to announce their newest exclusive variant comic, and this is the best one yet. This limited edition of Star Wars #64 John Tyler Christopher “Mail Away” Wonderworld Comics Store Exclusive Variant features cover art of the original Sears catalog exclusive Creature Cantina Adventure Set aliens: Greedo, Walrus Man, Hammerhead, and Blue Snaggletooth.. The comic is expected to be available at the Wonderworld Store at 6495 N. Monroe Street in Monroe, Michigan in early April of 2019. This is Wonderworld’s sixth John Tyler Christopher Star Wars variant (seventh if you count the “checklist”).
This new cover will go nicely with their previous releases including heroes Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, and Han Solo, the Sith apprentices Darth Maul, Darth Vader, and Kylo Ren, the droids C-3PO, R2-D2, and the Death Star Droid, the Rogue One characters Jyn Erso, Imperial Stormtrooper, and Death Squad Commander, and the bounty hunters Dengar, IG-88, and Boba Fett.
The comic will be available at Star Wars Celebration in Chicago on April 11th-15th. Most will be sold at Celebration for $19.99, but they are setting a few aside for a pre-sale for the non-attendee price of $24.99 to be shipped prior to the event.
