If you are a fan of the New Zealand Mint Star Wars Chibi Coin Collection line, then get ready to spend more money on yet another coin. The company has announced the Padme Amidala coin. This one comes in two different flavors the regular edition and the Premium Number edition. The regular coin will sell for $99, while the Premium Number edition which are the coins numbered 1-100 will sell for $199.

Next in their Star Wars™ Chibi® Coin Collection is the Queen of Naboo™, Padme Amidala™. The coin is made from 1oz of pure silver which has been shaped and colored to represent Padme. She is shown in her royal red and gold robes and striking headwear, with her trademark pale face and red accents.

This majestic Star Wars™ collectible is placed inside a specially designed case moulded to the coin’s shape, for protection. As legal tender, the Ian Rank Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II is found on the obverse of the coin.

A Certificate of Authenticity is printed on the box along with confirmation of the coin’s unique number in the limited mintage of only 2,000. The box includes a large window, so the coin can be easily displayed, and is printed with more images of Queen Amidala.
