Ahsoka Season 2 in Production!

Yesterday we learned that Jon Favreau is going to direct a new Star Wars film The Mandalorian and Grogu. Buried in that announcement was news that Dave Filoni was hard at work on a second season of Ahsoka. Well today, thanks to the official X account for Star Wars, we got our first look at some concept art from the second season, giving us an idea of where the series is headed.

If you remember, the first season ended with Baylan Skoll standing on the same spot that Ahsoka and Saben are standing on in the concept art. There are many theories about what/where the statue is pointing, but we do know the statue is based on the Mortis Gods. If you don’t know anything about that, I suggest going back to Star Wars: The Clone Wars and checking out episodes ‘Overlords’, ‘Alter of Mortis’, and ‘Ghosts of Mortis’ from season three.

It definitely seems Ahsoka and Sabine are going to be hot on the trail of Baylan Skoll and to an explanation about the Mortis statues on that planet.

Currently there is no word on when we can expect season 3, but a good guess is at some point in 2025, considering they are already releasing concept art. Are you excited for another season of the series? Leave your thoughts in the appropriate places!

Hot Toys Reveals Upcoming Star Wars Jedi Survivor – 1/6th scale Scout Trooper Commander

Hot Toys and Sideshow Collectibles have released pre-order information for a brand new 1/6 scale Scout Trooper Commander figure, from the game Star Wars Jedi: Survivor.

The Scout Trooper Commanders lead squads of specially trained Stormtroopers into combat for the Galactic Empire. Scout Commanders armed with riot batons are extremely adept in melee combat and should not be taken lightly.

Welcoming the launch of the highly anticipated Star Wars: Jedi Survivor™ video game, Hot Toys is delighted to launch the Scout Trooper Commander 1/6th scale Collectible Figure!

The highly-accurate collectible figure is skillfully developed featuring detailed helmet and armor design, a finely tailored fabric body suit, a pauldron, a baton with electricity effect accessory, a blaster pistol, and a display stand!

This Imperial trooper will be a great addition to any Star Wars collection.

This guy will cost $240 and will release between July 2024 and December 2024. You can pre-order from Sideshow Collectibles.

The 1/6th scale Scout Trooper Commander Collectible Figure specially features:

  • Authentic and detailed likeness of Scout Trooper Commander in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
  • Finely crafted Scout Trooper Commander helmet and body armor with specially applied distress effects
  • Approximately 30.5 cm tall
  • Body with over 30 points of articulations
