A new day and a new casting announcement from Lucasfilm. Gina Carano has joined Pedro Pascal in the first live action Star Wars television series The Mandalorian. You may recognize Carano from some of her previous movies like Fast & Furious 6 and Deadpool.

Of course there is no word on who she will be playing in the series, but rest assured we will report it as soon as it is announced.

With this being a second announcement this week, it is probably a safe bet to say that more casting announcements will be forthcoming very soon.
