Official Images of Hasbro Star Wars Reveals from Lucca Comics and Games Expo 2018

Hasbro sent over a few official images and quick details for their Star Wars reveals from Lucca Comics and Games Expo 2018. There are two figures featured with photos, one is a 6″ scale Black Series Mace Windu from Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, and the other is a 3.75″ scale Poe Dameron for the Vintage Collection. Mace Windu is scheduled for a Spring 2019 release, while Poe Dameron comes out Fall 2019.

Hasbro sent over a few official images and quick details for their Star Wars reveals from Paris Comic-Con 2018. There are two figures featured with photos, one is a 6″ scale Black Series Padme Amidala from Star Wars: Attack of the Clones, and the other is a 3.75″ scale Chewbacca for the Vintage Collection. Both figures are scheduled for a Spring 2019 release.

Star Wars: The Vintage Collection R2D2 Figure

Hasbro sent over a few official high resolution images and quick details for their Star Wars reveals from MCM London Comic-Con 2018. There are two figures featured with photos, one is a 6″ scale Black Series Battle Droid, and the other is a 3.75″ scale R2-D2 for the Vintage Collection. The Battle Droid is scheduled for a Spring 2019 release, while R2-D2 will be released in Summer of 2019.

New 3.75″ Star Wars Action Figures Revealed at HasCon 2017

News is starting to trickle in from HasCon 2017. First up is a look at some new and upcoming 3.75″ Star Wars action figures from Hasbro. It seems the Vintage Collection will be getting new figures of Jyn Erso, a Hoth Rebel trooper, Kylo Ren, a First Order Stormtrooper and Rey (Scavenger). It seems we will also be getting a Rogue One Imperial tank vehicle as well! The Vintage Collection figures feature loads of articulation and appear on classic vintage style card backs.

The Star Wars: The Last Jedi line will be getting new single carded figures (some of which have started showing up at stores around the US) and multi-packs. Single carded figures include Yoda (Revenge of the Sith), Obi-Wan Kenobi (A New Hope), Luke Skywalker (Jedi Exile), General Leia Organa, and more.

The multi-packs include a new Maze and Chirrut 2-pack, Rose (First Order Disguise), BB-8, and BB-9E pack, and a few others.

A few days ago we shared with you Hasbro’s Star Wars Fan Choice Poll announcement.  Now that all the votes have been collected, and the dust has settled, it is time to announce which figure will be getting the Vintage Carded treatment!

Doctor Aphra’s co-creator Kieron Gillen, had this to say about the news of the impending figure…

“I’m of a generation that some of my earliest memories are of Star Wars figures and the magic herein, the idea that someone Salvador [Larroca] and I made up is going to be one of those, immortal in plastic, feels all kind of magical.”

Look for the new figure to debut sometime in 2018. Now if we can only get that Aphra, BT-1, and 0-0-0 3-pack that I am dying to have…

About Hasbro’s Star Wars Vintage Collection Action Figures:

The Vintage Collection first hit on April 3rd, 2010 with a German Jedi-Con exclusive convention 2-pack, which featured  Star Wars Bounty Hunters 4-Lom and Zuckuss. A few months later the basic figure assortment was available on store shelves in the United States.

For The Vintage Collection Hasbro brought back the much loved packaging-style from the original line of Kenner Star Wars figures. The line consisted of Star Wars figures from all six movies and the expanded universe.

You Decide Which Fan’s Choice Figure Gets Made in the Hasbro 2017 Poll

The winning character will be made into an awesome 3.75″ figure from The Vintage Collection line that is set to debut in Spring of 2018.  Head on over to StarWars.com right now to cast your vote for the Hasbro Star Wars Fan’s Choice Figure you want to see get produced!

As announced at Star Wars Celebration Orlando, Hasbro’s 3.75-inch Star Wars Vintage Collection is back. And you get to decide which character will be made into a figure for the line — starting now!

The results are in from qualifying-round polls at Star Wars fan sites in Hasbro’s Star Wars Fan Figure Vote, and you can now cast your vote to decide the winner. The finalists, seen below, come from across the saga, including Marvel’s new comics, the films, and more.

  • Sim Aloo
  • Saelt-Marae (Yak-face)
  • Ahsoka Tano (Star Wars Rebels)
  • ARC Trooper Fives
  • Emperor Palpatine

The poll will be open right up until May 2 at 12 p.m. PT, and the winner will be announced on May the 4th. Until then, exercise your galactic right and vote!
