That’s right, the epic adventures at sea return to Disney Cruise Line next with limited engagements of two popular experiences – Star Wars Day at Sea and Marvel Day at Sea. Back by popular demand, these five- and seven-night sailings on the Disney Magic and Disney Fantasy, respectively, combine the splendor of a Disney Cruise Line vacation with a special day at sea filled with unique character encounters, live shows and action-packed entertainment.

Celebrate legendary adventures and iconic characters from the Star Wars saga on special seven-night Disney Fantasy sailings from January to March 2020, taking you to the Caribbean for an out-of-this-galaxy experience!

In addition to encounters with the galaxy’s most formidable and heroic characters, including Darth Vader, Kylo Ren, Chewbacca, C-3PO and R2-D2, this cruise features a full day of Star Wars activities including live shows, Star Wars-themed family and kids’ activities, unique food and beverage and special merchandise offerings. The day ends with “Summon the Force,” a deck party that celebrates the Star Wars universe and caps off the night with a fireworks show of galactic proportions.

Disney Cruise Line has announced that Star Wars Day at Sea will return in 2018. The event will return for 15 special sailings for four months, from January through April.

Over the past four months, guests aboard the Disney Fantasy have discovered the Force by hanging out with Jedi, Wookiees, droids, Stormtroopers and other iconic characters from the Star Wars saga during the epic day at sea on their Caribbean cruise. Now, you’re invited again to join us in 2018 when the day-long celebration returns to 15 special Disney Fantasy sailings from January through April.

  1. You can get a behind-the-scenes look at the Star Wars saga with a special lineup of guest speakers. These insiders share their experiences on being a part of the saga that has created an unfathomed fandom over the last four decades.
  2. Jedi in-the-making can learn to harness the power of the Force in “Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple.” Then aspiring little ones face off against Sith Lord, Darth Vader and lethal Jedi hunter, the Seventh Sister, in an action-packed finale.
  3. Whether you’re six or 106, you can dress up in a Star Wars-inspired costume or cosplay to celebrate the legendary saga through the day. So go ahead, put on your Star Wars finest and gather in the atrium lobby for a special gathering of epic proportions.
  4. Encounter your favorite Star Wars characters from across the galaxy with visits from the dark side by Darth Vader, Kylo Ren, Captain Phasma and Stormtroppers, as well as friends coming in from the light side including Chewbacca, C-3PO, R2-D2, Ezra and Sabine.
  5. The ship jumps to light-speed in “Summon the Force,” where iconic Star Wars characters take the stage for a celebration of the Greatest Saga Ever Told. Get ready to feel the Force because this deck party ends in a blast!
